Graduating from Queen's University School of Business, Blake has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world, from Disney and Nickelodeon, to Pepsi, evian, L'Oreal, Unilever, Nissan, BlackBerry and the National Hockey League, to name a few.

After rapidly climbing the advertising ranks, Blake followed his entrepreneurial instincts in late 2009. For five years, he served as Partner and President of Toronto's boutique marketing agency Salt & Pepper before selling the business in 2014. Blake joined NGAGE in May 2015 and led the acquisition of 24West in April 2017 establishing NGAGENCY in May 2017.

With a background in sports and entertainment, Blake has had the pleasure of working with many top athletes and entertainers.  



Rich Nardo has worked in the music industry for almost a decade and holds a BA in Business Management from Loyola University in Maryland, as well as, an MBA in the same concentration from Hofstra University in New York.

Before joining NGAGENCY, Rich was a co-founder of the entertainment marketing firm 24West where he ran campaigns for a wide array of artists including Cold War Kids, Camila Cabello, Mutemath and Say Anything. Before starting 24West, Rich was a project manager for Zero To Sixty Group where he worked in a marketing capacity for albums from Alabama Shakes, Dave Matthews Band, Ben Harper, Coheed & Cambria and Primus.

Rich is also a freelance writer whose work has been featured on Buzzfeed, Tunecore, Hypebot, Linkedin Pulse, Big Blue United and Paste Magazine. He has penned bios for artists including Polyphia, Eric Nally, RDGLDGRN, Hopesfall and Hail The Sun.



Alec Cakebread was brought on as the Marketing Coordinator at NGAGENCY in 2017, after being 24West’s first full time employee, and has previously worked with companies such as Run For Cover Records, Brixton Agency, and Exploding In Sound Records.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College and has also studied at London School of Economics and Boston University.

Alec has been working in the music industry for over five years and has served in a variety of rolls including artist and label management, label distribution and social media and brand marketing. 



Alexa Gallo has served in the role of Junior Publicist of NGAGENCY since April of 2018. She has a diverse background in public relations and marketing in the fields of music, fashion, and film. Alexa has previously held roles at companies such as idobi Radio, VOCAL, Thread Society, and Wordless PR and has interned at Big Picture Media and ATO Records.



Ashley joined the NGAGENCY team as a Marketing Coordinator in July 2019. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from Emerson College. Throughout her undergraduate career, Ashley has interned at companies such as Terrorbird Media and Chromatic PR.



Brittany joined NGAGENCY as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant in June 2018. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Communications Degree and completed a College Certificate in Digital Media at Sheridan College.

Brittany holds a multifaceted skill set, having her hand in a variety of roles at NGAGENCY including partnerships, graphic design, social media and brand marketing. Prior to NGAGENCY, Brittany was a part of the Canadian Olympic Committee’s digital team during the 2018 Olympic Winter Games, curating online content and timely news recaps.

She was also an elite athlete and 2x World Champion in All Star Cheerleading. Brittany starred in the Netflix hit Cheer Squad and has amassed almost 80K Instagram followers.
